Key Responsibilities

  • Build and improve internal tools using Next.js and React.
  • Develop APIs and backend logic for business-critical systems.
  • Support AI workflows and automation using modern tools.
  • Assist with Azure cloud operations and identity systems.
  • Troubleshoot and improve internal technical processes.

Technical Skills

  • Frontend: Next.js, React
  • Backend: APIs, serverless architecture
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure
  • AI: Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence
  • Identity: Entra ID, Intune

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript or React) and familiarity with database management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Interest in AI, Systems and Cloud Technologies.
  • Language: Fluent English and Spanish is required given our multinational operations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast paced work environment while maintaining high productivity and professional trust.

    • Build a portfolio of work that shows you can take a concept from a “whiteboard sketch” to a functioning enterprise tool.
    • Develop a “Product Owner” mindset, which is a highly sought-after trait for future senior roles.
