Healthcare Abroad in Denia is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Administrator to join our patient services team. The Role
As a Junior Administrator your key responsibilities will be:
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Record Maintenance: Assist in the systematic organization and updating of patient medical files.
- Document Collection: Proactively request and follow up on missing documents with medical facilities to ensure files are “claim ready.”
- Data Entry: Input patient information, appointment dates, and medical history into the internal systems with high accuracy.
- Email Correspondence: Manage high-volume routine email inquiries from patients and hospital administrative staff, escalating complex clinical issues to the Lead.
- Paperwork Processing: Prepare standard paperwork for various hospitals and ensure all clinical forms are correctly formatted before review.
- Claims Preparation: Assemble the necessary documentation required for HSE (Health Service Executive) reimbursement claims.
- Accuracy Checks: Perform initial reviews of paperwork to identify errors or omissions in claims forms before they are submitted for final approval.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluent English and proficiency in Spanish C1.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic Office tools and quick to learn new medical software.
- Information Filtering: The ability to manage a high volume of incoming emails and documents, prioritizing which needs immediate entry.
- Task Switching: Moving efficiently between data entry and scheduling tasks
- Professional Diplomacy: Interacting hospital staff to gather information and complete vital paperwork.
