Healthcare Abroad in Denia is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Call Centre Agent to join our patient services team. The Role
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you are the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Inbound Calls: Handling appointment requests and general inquiries with professionalism.
- Data Entry: Accurately updating patient records in our internal systems.
- Inbox Management: Sorting and flagging incoming emails in the general inbox for distribution to the wider team.
- Linguistic Support: Assisting our diverse patient base primarily in English.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluent and native English speakers and C1 level Spanish
- Communication: A clear, friendly phone manner and strong active listening skills.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic Office tools and quick to learn new medical software.
- Empathy: A patient-centric mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
